In February 2019, Carden IT Services completed the buyout of AreaByte Limited.
Back in January 2015, we made an exciting announcement that Carden Computers Limited was being renamed and rebranded to provide a clearer reflection of the products and services that we supplied. Carden IT Services was born, continuing to provide business IT outsourcing solutions that we always had done, but was simply hidden by the previous name. In this process, we became Ofcom registered to enable us to start providing telecom solutions such as ISDN, Voip and leased lines as well as doubling our web hosting business by acquiring a web hosting company based in Worthing.
Since this time, even more has changed. We have officially opened offices for IT support in London and in New York and are now suppliers of managed print, corporate wireless hotspot systems and our telecoms side of the business is growing beyond the business plan.
Welcome to Carden IT Group Limited
Carden IT Group is merely a holding company, which holds 100% shares in the now renamed Carden IT Services (UK) and Carden IT Services (USA) LLC. Newly born are Carden Managed Print, Carden Managed Hotspot Solutions and Carden Telecoms. Each of these are individual businesses, subsidiaries of Carden IT Group but named to reflect the line of business that we service.
We are really looking forward to 2018, growing our team and client base, and providing the personal service that we always have done.
