At Carden IT Services, we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for our customers to get the support they need. Now, we’re happy to announce that we have integrated a live chat feature into our client portal to make it even easier and quicker for you to log a support ticket.
You can login to the client portal by following this link. Once there, you can open up a live chat and speak directly to a member of our support team. They can then get to work assessing and solving your IT query. It’s also easier to jump straight into a live chat if you only have a quick question, rather than spending the time to log a ticket or call us.
The launch of this live chat feature is part of our continued push to increase the quality of our IT support and reduce the amount of time our customers need to wait for a solution. Live chat has proved an effective way to get our customers the support they need as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that the live chat on our main website (cardenitservices.co.uk) is for sales inquiries only. To speak to our support team, you MUST login to the client portal. This is for security reasons, as only customers can access the portal and must use the Microsoft Office 365 account credentials from the 365 accounts that we manage for them.
