The company has an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar job role. Working as part of the sales team you will join a fast-growing busy IT company that provides professional services to SMEs throughout the UK and USA on IT and telecoms products and services. In this role, you will respond to phone calls, emails and tickets based around quotation, ordering, supply and dispatch activities.

The Role:

  • Provide administration support for the sales process, including quoting, ordering, returns and customer enquiries.
  • Provide administrator support for contract procurement, signing and renewals.
  • Reconciliation of client support coverage, ensuring records and billing is accurate.
  • Monthly stock takes ensuring recording stock levels are accurate.
  • The procurement of telecoms services, such as telephone lines, broadband and VoIP.
  • Ensuring all products and services have been successfully delivered to the client.
  • Assisting the team with the delivery of marketing material by post or email.

  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays, 2 days taken at Christmas. Plus birthdays off.
  • 5+ years plus an extra day, up to a total of 27 days.

2nd Line Technical Support Analyst (PM Shift)

Working as part of a team you will join a fast-growing busy IT Company that provide technical support services to SMEs throughout the UK on IT and telecoms products and services. In this role, you will respond to phone calls and tickets covering the installations and maintenance of the company’s growing client base, as well as work on IT projects.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Friendly and responsive telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure, prioritising effectively
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Good first-time fix rate
  • The successful applicant will be someone who has good experience in solving I.T related problems with at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Microsoft qualifications are beneficial although not a necessity. Training will be provided; however in order to be successful in this role, self-learning is essential

  • Microsoft Operating Systems (desktop and server 2012 – 2019)
  • Office 365 (licensing, setup, migration)
  • VMware Esxi/VCentre Server
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc
  • VPNs, Router and Firewalls
  • Networking – WAN, LAN, Security, SSL, IP Routing, Switching
  • Anti-Virus platforms such as Trend Micro
  • Backup solutions (Veeam Backup and Replication, Datto)

  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays, 2 days taken at Christmas. Plus birthdays off.

New Business Sales Executive – B2B Telecoms & IT

Responsibilities:

  • New business sales focusing on all communication products and pitching a bespoke, tailored IT and telecoms integrated solution.
  • Competently and knowledgeably advising customers on solutions and services that best fulfil their requirements, undergoing full assessments and analysis of customer needs.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales, challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Use internal processes to manage pipeline, report progress and forecast accurately maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop opportunities in target markets with full marketing support.
  • To follow up appointments with the necessary information to progress and achieve the sales in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Adhere to KPIs set by the Manager such as customer contracts provisioned/sold/connected and continually reviewing sales performance.
  • Self-generate appointments, though lead generation activity, including cold calling and utilisation of internal lead sources.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a sales environment is essential.
  • Sales experience within the telecoms industry and a proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in solution selling including PBX, IP, data, and voice network services.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task; prioritising workload depending on agreed time-scales.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
